I design for the next version
of everyday life.
I'm a service designer and UX researcher focused on health and care.
I improve processes, products and services so people's days run a little easier, smoother or faster. That's the work that makes me feel good.
I've always been a maker.
In middle school, I built a water mill from scrap wood using my dad's electric saw. I still love LEGO and embroidering wall hangings. Later, I spent more than a decade in accounting, preparing the reports businesses used to plan their future. Design lets me shape that future for people, not only for a business. And honestly, when I'm making something or digging into a subject until I truly understand it, I feel alive.
An idea only matters to me if it lasts.
I always ask whether an idea can survive in real life. Can people deliver it, afford it and keep it going?
Design thinking, in any workplace.
I bring design thinking to every job, not only design jobs. In retail, I start by listening: what a customer needs, and why. Then I help them find something that fits and see the beauty in themselves. It's also where I practise presenting products and solutions.

Learning from nature.
You'll usually find me in nature. I'm amazed by how plants, trees and ocean life, especially whales and dolphins, adapt to their environment and live in balance with it. That's why I care about protecting the Earth. Next, I want to bring that into my work through biomimicry and through recycling and upcycling projects.
